Refund policy
Starting online returns is easy
- Click the menu button on our website go to contact and please submit your order number and reason for return. Please note that all tags but be in tact and all customers must have proof of purchase.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable? (eligible for returns)
- 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- In unused and re-sellable items, or defective items.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, we allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
Refund solutions
- Refunds are issued via email in the form of store credit for the amount previously spent by you. Proof of purchase is required before issuance of gift card.
