Thank you for choosing Paid Empire! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

USA: For in stock items please allow up to 4-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre- Order USA:  For pre order items, please allow up to 2-3 business weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.
International:  For in stock items, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre- Order International:  For pre order items, please allow up to 2-5 business weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

International Orders: Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
